You can use One Link to make purchases when checking out in stores, restaurants, hotels, bars, websites and in apps. One Link is accepted across Belize.
One Link is safer than using cash or a physical credit/debit card. One Link requires biometric authentication for purchases when using your phone to make payment. Your identity is not shared with merchants and your card information is encrypted.
You can add your Visa or Mastercard Credit/Debit card to your wallet and pay. One Link users can also add their Network One Branded cards to their wallet. Network One Branded cards include Heritage Bank, Credit Unions and the National Bank of Belize.
There is $1000 BZD transaction limit.
Users pay $.25 for Purchases between $.01 and $10 BZD
Users Pay $.50 for Purchases between $10 and $20 BZD
Users Pay $1.00 for Purchases between $20 and $50 BZD
Users Pay $1.50 for Purchases between $50 and $100 BZD
Users Pay $2.00 for Purchases between $100 and $1000 BZD
If your business already accepts credit and debit cards via a Heritage Bank POS Terminal then you are automatically enrolled in One Link. Contact One Link Support at +501-677-1633 to get setup.
If you are not a Heritage Bank Client then download the One Link Mobile App and sign up your business and start accepting payments right away. A local bank account is required to be accept payments
No, your business does not require any additional equipment to accept One Link payments. Customers can scan your business QR Code right from your phone to make payment. You can also download your QR code, print it and post it at your check out terminal. One Link will also ship your business kit after you enroll.
Your business will be charged a 3% transaction fee when your customer uses a Visa or Mastercard branded Credit/Debit Card for payment.
Your business will be charged a 1% transaction fee when your customer uses a Network One Branded Card (Heritage Bank, Credit Unions and National Bank of Belize). We recommend to encourage customers to use Network One Cards when possible.
One Link can be used by both Residents and Non-Residents to make payments in Belize.
