ONE LINK USER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions govern the use of One Link Mobile App:
Purchasing Goods and Services using the One Link :
One Link gives customers easy and secure transaction processing.
Goods and Services displayed on the Mobile App can be purchased using secure online Mastercard and Visa. All Customer information is protected by the built biometric mechanisms available on the user phone and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfillment.
Pricing:
All prices are in BZD Dollars. All prices are correct at time of publication.
One Link prices and offers may vary from in-store prices due to Vendor specific sales and promotions.
Adding a Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, or Network One Card to a User Profile
Users are responsible to ensure that they are the authorized cardholder for all cards added to their user profile. All transactions are final and the unauthorized use of Visa or Mastercard is the responsibility of the user. All chargebacks for unauthorized use will be billed to the user.
One Link is not responsible for wrong information entered by the user.
One Link User Transaction Fees:
One Link will charge all users the following convenience fees for all transactions when paying for Goods and Services from partner merchants. Our Fee Schedule is as follows:
Users pay $.25 for Purchases between $5.00 and $50 BZD
Users Pay $.50 for Purchases between $51 and $100 BZD
Users Pay $1.00 for Purchases between $101 and $200 BZD
Users Pay $2.00 for Purchases above $200 BZD
Express Pay
Users that want their payment to be processed and distributed within 24 hours will pay an “Express Pay” fee of $8.00 BZD.
Buy SMART Credit/Pay SMART Bill Convenience Fees
Users make Buying Credit or Paying Bills $5 to $50 – $1.00 Fee
Users make Buying Credit or Paying Bills $51 to $100 – $2.00 Fee
Users make Buying Credit or Paying Bills $101 to $500 – $3.00 Fee
One Link Receiver Fees:
One Link will charge all users that are receiving payments the following convenience fees
3.5% of the transaction when payment is made with Visa/Mastercard/Discover card plus $.40 settlement fee and a $1.50 Bank Transfer fee for Non-Heritage Bank Customers.
1.5% of the transaction when payment is made with a Network One Card and a $1.50 Bank Transfer fee for Non-Heritage Bank Customers.
One Link Invoicing Fees:
Users paying an invoice will pay a flat rate of $2.00 per invoice + Standard Transaction Fees based on the amount being billed. Users that receive a payment on an issued invoice that is fraudulent will be responsible for all chargeback costs associated with the transaction.
Order Now
Users that access the “Order Now” feature are provided a quote from Ship and Shop and agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Ship and Shop’s Order Policy. One Link Mobile is only responsible to provide payment to Ship and Shop. In the event there is any dispute for any order placed please contact Ship and Shop at +501-674-1633.

User Rights:
Your right to use this Mobile App is personal to you. You may not authorize others to user to use the mobile app and you are responsible for your own use of this Mobile App.
You may not download, modify, transmit, or otherwise use any material from this Mobile App for public or commercial purposes.
You are responsible for your own network and connection charges.
Other than connecting to One Link servers by HTTPS requests using a web browser, you may not attempt to gain access to One Link’s servers by any means including, without limitation, by using administrator passwords or by masquerading as an administrator while using this Mobile App or otherwise.
You agree not to disrupt, modify, or interfere with this Mobile App or its associated software, hardware and servers in any way and you agree not to impede or interfere with others’ use of this Mobile App. You further agree not to alter or tamper with any information or materials on, or associated with, One Link and/or this Mobile App.
Refunds
One Link will not refund any unauthorized transactions by the user. All payments and purchases are final. Goods and Services provided by Merchant Partners are not assured by One Link. Users indemnify One Link from any liability for Goods and Services provided by Partner Merchants. Users are required to secure their mobile device, One Link PIN to ensure that all transactions are authorized by the user. Users are required to call One Link Customer Service Immediately @ +50-677-1633 or Email [email protected] in the event the user loses their mobile device so their account can be put on hold to prevent any unauthorized transactions.
How do I know my Personal Information is Secure?
One Link limits the number of employees that have access to the databases that contain personal data, and employees are advised of the importance of confidentiality.
When you enter your personal information on our Mobile App, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your information as it is transmitted to us.
While we implement the above security measures on this site, you should be aware that 100% security is not always possible.
One Link values our customers and respects your privacy. We collect information about you through our Mobile Apps to improve your paying and shopping experience, as well as to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. As described in this policy, we may under certain circumstances share your information among third parties that provide services on our behalf or with whom we have partnered to offer a particular product or service.

With Heritage Bank our authorized Credit, Debit and Network One Card Processor who is authorized to send communications and marketing promotions to our users.
With our service providers who manage our customer information and perform services on our behalf such as fulfilling promotions, sending communications to our customers etc. We do not authorize these service providers to make any other use or disclosure of your information
When we team up with another company to offer or provide products, services, or promotions to our customers
To conform to legal requirements (including, but not limited to, requirements in accordance with any applicable law, regulation, or governmental request) or comply with legal process, or to help maintain the law
Protect our rights or property or those of our related companies
Enforce our terms and conditions
Act in the interest of our, or our related companies, customers, or others
